Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of bodymindljubljana.si, sign-ups for the training programmes of the Body.Mind Ljubljana school, and the purchase of training fees, annual passes, private sessions and events through the website. In force from 16 September 2026. In case of doubt the Slovenian version prevails.

1. Provider

Andrej Zupančič s.p., Gmajna 59, 1357 Notranje Gorice, Slovenia (the provider).
Registration number: 9200991000 · Tax number: 51839113 · The provider is not registered for VAT (Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act, ZDDV-1).
E-mail: andrej@bodymindljubljana.si · Phone: +386 31 882 096.
Classes take place at Ziherlova ulica 44, 1000 Ljubljana.

2. Sign-up and conclusion of the contract

You sign up through the online form. The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the sign-up by e-mail or when the payment is received. The first visit is for getting to know the practice. By signing up you agree to follow the house rules and the teachers’ instructions.

For children the sign-up is made, and these terms accepted, by a parent or guardian, who enters the child’s name and age; the child takes part under the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility.

When signing up you may also create a member account where you see your orders, pro-forma invoices and invoices and edit your details. An account is not required for training.

3. Prices, payment and invoices

Prices are published on the website in euros and are final; no VAT is charged because the provider is not registered for VAT. The price shown at the moment you sign up applies. You can pay by card (through Stripe), by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice, or in cash at the studio; PayPal will be added when available.

A pro-forma invoice is valid for 7 days. Your place is confirmed when the transfer arrives. If it has not arrived by then, the provider closes the pro-forma invoice as unpaid and marks it invalid, and tells you so by e-mail; its reference number no longer applies. To join, sign up again and you will receive a new pro-forma invoice.

Family discount. When two or more members of the same family train (two children, or a parent and a child), the second and every further member gets 10 % off. If they sign up in separate orders, the discount is applied to the later member’s order.

An invoice is issued on payment and is fiscally verified with the Slovenian tax authority (FURS) where the law requires it (card, cash and PayPal payments). By accepting these terms you agree to receive invoices electronically at the e-mail address you gave when signing up. The buyer must take and keep the invoice and show it to an authorised person on request. An invoice to a company is issued when you enter the company details at sign-up or in your member account.

4. Start, duration and end

A training fee runs from the day of payment for the period stated on the invoice: a monthly fee for one month, a three-month fee for three months, an annual pass for the whole season (adults 11 months, September to July; children 9 months, September to May; you pay for 10 or 8 months, one month is free). The contract ends when the period runs out and does not renew by itself; to continue, sign up again or pay a new fee.

Unused classes are not refunded and do not carry over to the next period, except during a longer absence for health reasons agreed with the provider in advance. Private sessions, couples’ and corporate classes and events take place at the times agreed or stated on the invoice.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 15 days of its conclusion (of payment), by an unambiguous statement sent by e-mail to andrej@bodymindljubljana.si or by post to the provider’s address. You may use this model: “I withdraw from the contract concluded on ___ for ___ (training fee / annual pass / session / event). Name: ___, e-mail: ___, date: ___.”

Because training usually starts before the withdrawal period ends, when signing up you expressly ask for the service to begin at once. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the period from the start until the day the provider received your withdrawal; for an annual pass the proportion is calculated by months of the season. The rest is refunded. Once the service has been performed in full (the period has run out, the session or event has taken place), the right of withdrawal lapses.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, to the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise, with a credit note against the invoice. The right of withdrawal applies to consumers; it does not apply to purchases by companies and other legal persons.

6. Complaints and disputes

Complaints are accepted at andrej@bodymindljubljana.si and answered within 8 days. In line with the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS), the provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for disputes a consumer might bring under that Act. Disputes are settled amicably; failing that, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.

7. Liability and house rules

You take part in training at your own risk and must tell the teacher about any health limitations. If you have health issues, we recommend consulting a doctor before you start. The provider is not liable for participants’ personal belongings. Participants follow the house rules and the teachers’ instructions.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described on the Cookies page.

9. Final provisions

The provider may change these terms. The terms published at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. The current version is always published on this page.
