Cookies

bodymindljubljana.si uses cookies to a very limited extent. We count visits without cookies and use no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and Instagram pictures are stored on our own server, so your browser does not fetch them from Google or Meta.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to work (for example to keep you signed in); others are set by third-party services embedded on the site.

Which cookies we use

Necessary cookies (no consent needed)

  • Member account sign-in - WordPress cookies (wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-*) are set only if you have a member account and sign in. They last until you sign out or at most 14 days; the test cookie only checks that your browser accepts cookies and disappears when you close it.
  • Card payment (Stripe) - when you pay online, Stripe sets __stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes) to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. See the Stripe privacy policy.

Embedded third-party content

  • Google Maps - the embedded map is loaded from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address when you visit and may set its own cookies. Google’s cookie policy.
  • YouTube (Google) - an embedded video may set Google cookies when played.
  • Instagram (Meta) - posts are shown from copies stored on our server; Instagram is contacted only if you click through to a post. Instagram’s cookie policy.

Visit statistics

We count visits with our own tool, without cookies. We record the page, time, country, device and browser type, and a one-way fingerprint computed from the IP address and browser with a secret key that changes every day. It lets us count unique visitors within one day; the next day it can no longer be linked to you, and we do not store IP addresses.

Managing cookies

You can review, delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings:

If you block the necessary cookies, member sign-in and card payment will not work.
