Traditional Kung Fu teaches the body precision and the mind patience. It is not about speed or raw strength - it is about control, where every step has a reason and a place.
Everyone starts from their own baseline. We measure ourselves against last week, not against each other. The teacher corrects as you go, individually, even in a group.

Qi Gong is meditation in motion. Slow, soft sequences where the breath leads the movement and the movement quiets the mind. What looks simple from outside asks for your full attention.
Nothing is forced - movement goes to the edge of comfort and no further. Because the practice is soft, it also suits people with injuries or in recovery, always in agreement with the teacher.

Chan is the oldest form of what we now call zen. It is not a relaxation technique but a training in attention: to sit, to breathe and to watch what happens, without rushing to change it.
Meditation is part of the practice here, not an add-on. We start with short sittings and lengthen them only once sitting becomes comfortable. No mysticism - just regular, simple practice.
